The Authorized Sales & Marketing Company for Talon Fastener and Talon Receiver
INTRODUCING THE TALON SERIES OF PRODUCTS

The Talon Fastener
The Talon fastener was designed to give the end user the ability to install a bolt where access to the rear of the bolt is unavailable for the placement of the nut (i.e. walls, tanks, floors, etc.).
For additional safety, the Talon Fastener has a built in, spring loaded locking device to prevent accidental release of the fastener after installation. This provides the end user with a visual indication when the Talon Fastener is properly engaged.
Having the ability to provide quick and secure attachment points, utilizing a single person, equates to savings by reducing material and labor cost.
The head of the standard Talon Fastener allows for the attachment of a shackle but can be customized to meet specific customer requirements or specifications.

•Below is a plan view of the Talon Receiver. The Talon Fastener is inserted and locked into the Talon Receiver by rotating the head of the Talon Fastener. Once the wings of the Talon Fastener are fully extended, the locking device will engage.
•Since the Talon Receiver is welded flush with decking, the self sealing plunger automatically prevents debris and liquids from entering. No more cost with installation and removal of pad eyes. No more cost associated with sandblasting and repainting the pad eyes areas. No more safety liabilities associated with tripping hazards to worry about, because now all tripping hazards are eliminated with the removal of the Talon Fastener.
•Below is an internal view of the Talon Fastener inserted into the Talon Receiver.
How the Talon Fastener Works
Holding the Talon Fastener by the Shackle Head with one hand, grab the collar of the Lock Top with the other and depress the Lock Top downward. Once the lock Top has cleared the bottom edge of the Shackle Head, rotate the Shackle Head CW to retract the Actuator Wings into the wing chamber. Insert the Talon Fastener into the appropriate sized hole. Rotate the Shackle Head CCW to extend the Actuator Wings. Once the Actuator Wings are fully extended, the spring loaded Lock Top will engage the Shackle Head. Simply tighten the nut down to the required torque and you're finished.
"Our products can be made of various types of material such as Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Bronze, or customized to meet the load bearing and safety requirements of our customer's" KBHallSr., Original Inventor of the Talon product line
The Talon Receiver
The Talon Receiver was designed to give the end user an option to use a field maintainable, self-sealing device that could replace Pad Eyes and is only usable with the appropriately sized Talon Fastener.
The Talon Receiver is installed flush with the deck, once the Talon Fastener is removed, nothing remains above the deck and the self-sealing Talon Receiver automatically prevents debris and liquid from entering.
No more engineering or labor cost associated with installation or removal of Pad Eyes multiple times.
No more tripping or safety hazards associated with Pad Eyes.
The Talon Receiver is perfect for HOT WORK applications where welding is not a safe or viable option.
